I have a new, boxed 3FE engine I've had in my garage for 20+/- years. My FJ62 is long gone and cleaning out garage. It's on Ebay, item # 143621704694 NO RESERVE!!!

Pics would be nice. Lots can happen in 20 years of storage.

Here are the pictures I have. I did not want to destroy the (old) box the block was in. Therefore, I did not remove it. The surface rust on the counterweight is surface only and easily removed. There is no rust anywhere else.

Yeah that box is a real keeper

it would probably be good to show some pictures of the cylinder bores, and likely pull the bearing caps for a look at those surfaces as well.

Totally respect your comment. However, I don't have a clue what to ask for it. Do you have a suggestion where I could?

A cool thing. With limited need. Glad someone could use it. 3FE's just seem to run so long, I'm surprised anyone bought it. But it's still super cool. Nice that it sold for real $$.

I didn’t need it. Bought it anyway. Any rare nos part I tend to snag. This one is going to get built and sit on a display in my shop.

I am Really Glad Indy Got this ,

He represents what i refer to : Toyota"s Factory Focus Point Mind Set Approach in such a Purist fashion :)

congrats brother .........!

Cost and shipping issues. I am sure the seller is good so do not worry about that. The shipping quote ended up being close to $800.00. Originally was quoted a third of that. The the seller came up with a quote for me of $300.00 so I thought we were good. It turns out that was to Indianapolis and not where I live. It would take about 6 hour trip to pick it up there and I only take Sundays off. They are not open then. I then checked with Fastenal and they are not shipping as a result of Covid19.
So, once eBay added sales tax, shipping was $800.00 the cost drove up to a point that was not worth it. The seller relisted instead.
