Does anyone have the part number for the non heritage rear springs? I’m looking to get a set

Right 48231-60A20
Left 48231-60B11

Note that they sag significantly when loaded.

Seconded. Get the firestone airbag kit and put those in when you swap springs. Others just use a bike tire pump to get them dialed in. It moved to the top of my wish list yesterday after the 200 had tailgating duty at the Cowboys game. 7 grown men and gear made it sag like crazy.

2720s are also a good option. Not much lift, and a significantly higher rate. Plus they are progressive.

Do these sag worst than the HE rear springs? I didn’t realize the spring rates were softer for the regular springs vs HE.. always thought it was just a longer spring used.

HE has thinner wire and similar wraps so should be the softer of the two.

Anybody show a different part number for the HE? I've never heard of them having a different rear ride height.
Showing different rear coils with/without 3rd row. Left/right coils will be different heights to compensate for KDSS. I can’t imagine the 3rd row/non 3rd row coils are more than a few mm different in height. Those rear seats don’t weigh much. And wouldn’t the Base coils be stiffer or longer than the HE with no rear seat? I’d assume Toyota was designing for a consistent geometry and natural frequency with and without the rear seats.

If you’re looking to lose a whole inch, a steel rear bumper and tire carrier might be the best option. I’d estimate the rear coils to be somewhere around the 220lbs/in range, so you’d need 440lbs over the axle, or maybe 300lbs out past the bumper to drop an inch.

Not sure where I got it but my notes show stock 3-row coils being 170lb/in. And as mentioned 2-row coils have thinner wire and same number of wraps, so would be less rate.

A bumper might take an inch but will also make the rear wallow around on stock springs and dampers.

170lb/in seems feasible as well. I think we’re saying the same thing here. If the OP is on a 2 row coil now, the 3 row coil with the higher rate will actually raise the rear end (a few mm).

I was being a bit facetious with the rear bumper comment :) good to point out that there would be a ride impact. My point to the OP being that tossing some recovery gear and some jumper cables in the back won’t appreciably lower the rear end.

I measured my HE when new While doing a little flex test.

Center of wheel to inside edge of fender.
Front: 20”
Rear: 21-7/8”
*Drivers & Passenger side were exactly the same and after the fork test thing.

FWIW, my 3 row HE measures the same as yours within 1/8" all the way around. Anyone have the Base measurements?

Rear coil wire measures 16.9mm if anyone is counting.

Innnteresting! Thanks for the link.

So OP, if you swap into Base coils, you’d raise the rear by 1/5” according to Taco2Cuiser.

The HE coils are 7/8 longer, but lower rate. Wouldn’t have thought the length difference would be that big!
