Yep definately the factory option Fog lights, very rare, think most people who wanted them went for the factory bull bar and bull bar mounted fogs. Only ever seen 1 other LC with them driving around London. Definately rare to have the early style lights on a 95. Though they only fitted that style up to end of the first year. Might be a later retrofit - damn good choice too, looks far better than the later style ones.
