Hi all,

Received a couple of things custom from Proline in Miami on Tuesday. They were going to have a 200 on loan for a custom rack fitment and we took advantage of that to have a bumper and battery tray fabbed up.

Miguel has been awesome to work with proline-miguel@hotmail.com Responsive, great suggestions and although I paid for things - I came out of it feeling like I owed him drinks. Always a good sign. Lots of emails every couple of days with progress photos. Quality is excellent even if you see a few non-perfectly radiused holes, etc. Then again, I very much appreciate hand made when it's this well executed even if it's slightly apparent. Installed in just a few minutes and they included stainless dampened cap head screws, nice touch.

They are at an event this week so may not answer if you tried to contact in the next couple of days, fyi.

We haven't finished deciding on our full electric setup so just the tray for now. Have an IBS kit from Slee and an Odyssey on the bench waiting. Very seriously considering this:

http://www.motobrain.net/ We will probably go that direction but are still at 99%.

Anyway, for the pics:

slightly better final picture. Reservoir hose still has ~3cm/+1" before contact with the pulley/belt.

Awesome.

I don't believe it's any problem for them to fab one up for you :)

Email Miguel: proline-miguel@hotmail.com Great service from them and would still be faster than shipping from OZ for an alternative :)

It was built for an Odyssey 1500 GR34: 10.85 x 6.76 x 7.82. I know it also fit his optima blue top that they tested mid-fabrication but I don't know if it was a GR31 or GR34. Not a ton of space in our Aux location.

If you know them, this may help you?

Any idea if the dimensions are the same as the TJM tray? Looks like they (this one) have a nice location for the PS reservoir.

@pdxlc200 do you have measurements on your TJM tray? I can measure this proline to compare. They put the res where I asked and where it fit on their test 200.

I have the TJM one installed. But I am not happy with the PS reservoir relocation. Puts it really tight against a lot of things.

Ah ok, anything you want me to check relative to the proline tray and spacing for something specific? The reservoir is somewhat adjustable because of how it is mounted on a single axis - still secure but tweakable.

Nope, I think you gave me enough James. I just need to pull my battery and measure the tray or just measure the battery. (forget which one it is right now off the top of my head or I could just look it up online...)

Any updates ? Like the tray.

I've had a couple of people ask about it. Not sure if anyone else purchased one but we're pretty happy. Probably 8k with it aboard and no problems with finish, reservoir placement, etc. I fully trust it at this point.

One thing I pointed out for someone was that there is a gap between the tie-down and battery intended to allow for high density cushion (like stall mat)

And it's a close fit but no issues for headlight assembly or battery case:

I ordered mine today from Proline. Miguel even tried to design for a group 31 but it would just not fit (I guess obvious given these are pics of a group 34). So I'm going to use this location and the proline mount for my main battery and have ordered a group 31 battery tray from Arctec. for my auxillery battery to go on the drivers side. I went with the Die Hard Platimum 31M. The group 34 from proline lead time is about 10days since it has to be sent off for powder coating. $190 plus shipping.

Are you going to re-wire the main battery wires to the passenger side?
