New custom rear bumper

I kept the latches simple. There are a couple different ways to do them but it worked well. If you guys have any questions post em up.

There are some issues with the pin holding it open while the gate is down. I believe leverage worked against me pretty good. I'm going to do some redesigning to fix this issue on Jon's before we build any bumpers for anyone else, we should be able to get something a little more pleasing to the eyes, much stronger and more powder friendly. I may work with some plastics to see if i can get it to self latch when opening so you don't have to pull the pin up up every time to get it locked open for getting into the rear of the vehicle.
