New Austin FJ40 owner... just want to say hello

Real Steel is in Weatherford. CCOT in Rowlett/N Dallas. Probably about the same distance from Austin. IIRC Real Steel is the less expensive option. I put new CCOT floor pans in my 40 a couple of weeks ago (had them installed-I don't weld). They're well made and were a perfect fit. I doubt you'd see any shipping damage. They do an excellent job of packing.

Their contact info shows that they are in Clay, Illinois, so I guess I'm a little confused. Their ebay store says the parts are in Barrington. Things just don't seem to add up. I'd rather pay more for piece of mind.

We must be talking about different vendors. Real Steel is in Weatherford.

Look at the phone number... look at the contact info at the bottom left hand corner of the page.

Has anyone ever done business with them, or just talked to them? Not trying to argue or be a jerk... just want to make sure they are legit.

Here's the skinny on Real Steel Cruiser Parts. The business was sold within the past month. The new owner is a guy who owns a large machine shop in Illinois. He's also a long time Land Cruiser owner. All manufacturing equipment was moved to Il. There was very little in the way of inventory but the new owner is catching up on production and not accepting new orders until they can be filled. I was told his name but have already forgotten. The owner of Cruiser Corps said they have purchased several FJ40 body panels from the "new" Real Steel and found the quality to be excellent. That's all I've got.
