Hey guys!! I joined this forum a few months ago while kicking around the idea of getting a 200 series. I started out with Nissan Z cars and S-chassis 240sx', then owned several BMW's...most recently a F90 M5. I had a girlfriend in HS that had a brand new '95 LX450...LOVED that truck (yes...very privileged girl).

I started get serious about 6 weeks ago. I quickly found that I would have to pay up to find a good 200 series. I finally found an '18 that seemed to fit the bill in Brenham TX (between Austin and Houston). I flew out there yesterday and drove it home. LOVE IT!! Surprisingly I got pretty good MPGs (17.7mpg over nearly 1150 miles).! Of course, with any used car, I have found some minor issues. Issue #1 is that the spring on the full door is broken. This seems to be a somewhat common issue with toyotas. I ordered a new ping for less than $10 on eBay. Issues #2 was a loose rearview mirror. This was a super easy fix! I found a loose T-20 screw under the plastics that needed to be tightened.

Upgrades.... For now, I plan on keeping things simple. This LC did not come with Floor Mats. I have always been a HUGE weathertech fan, but decided to go with Huskey liners due to several other member reviews. I have the Huskeys in the front and second row, so far they are great! I also ordered the AUS cargo mat ( PZQ2060170), but have not yet received it.

I have also ordered an EC Offroad interface to get Carplay working! I can't wait to get this in!! Thank you for the forum members that have recommended the ProClips iPhone month too. It's GREAT!!

I love the LC, and this community seems great! Here is a picture of my milage after my drive from Brenham TX to Tampa FL, and a pic of my son! Ben is super thrilled about this truck. he cannot wait to go travel trailer shopping!
