Hi all,

Not new to the forum. I currently own a '99 100 (LC) with a TRD supercharger, ome lift, soon to come BIO front and rear bumpers, metal tech sliders and rear upper and lower control arms, weds offroad adventure wheels and on some Nitto trail grapplers (295/70r18). I recently just purchased a '12 LX570 with a supercharger and TRD BBK. Bought from a buddy of mine who here at the dealership we installed both items. I love it, and now since I own it I would love to go and install a lift. Now sure if anyone knows of an override on the system. Not a fan of AHC but since I have it ill utilize it for now. So far since the BBK is on there I have to stay with a 20' rim. I have purchased the 20' BBS wheels and some Nitto Terra Grappler G2's. The LX570 also has the '13 front end conversion also done in house here at the dealership.

thanks!

David

Is your 2012 LX570 from another country? I'm pretty certain they didn't do a 2012 LX here.

And I'm jealous of your supercharged 100!

That's what I was about to ask, I notice the Las Vegas for location.
I am guessing its either an 11 or 13. There were not any 12s imported to the US by Toyota anyway.
?????

The SC is cool, I would love to here more about that. How it runs, did mileage improve? etc.

hah I am loosing it! its an '11! Ive had a few cars in and out of the house hold! I got rid of my '13 GS350 for this!

Cool, my favorite were the 08-11s, Never could get past the whole spindle grill deal with the 13+.
Sounds like a nice trade up. The LX570 is an awesome machine.

yes thanks for the positive feed back guys.

Here's one of the wife trying our "new" LX

Couple more pictures of our 14 GX460 and my 100, also another shot of the 200. Today I'm actually installing a set of new wheels!

Looks like it didn't load on the last post.

Something else that was real neat was that Lexus took out baby announcement photo and put it up on their Twitter and Facebook pages! (Me and the wife with our "baby" RX!)

Finally took a picture of both the 100 and 200 supercharged in the driveway! The GX and century are in the garage!

ay nako, about the AHC suspension, other than test driving a LX570 I have no real experience with it. I stopped by Slee Off Road and spoke with Ben after the test drive and he told me at that time there is no solution to retrofit the LX suspension vs an LC. That was a deciding point for me on which to purchase, LX vs LC, if I planned on doing mods. All that said, there is a thread here where a Europe spec LC with the AHC circumnavigated Africa, very capable, might be worth a read. Also I think it's only a matter of time before some of the more capable fabricators start to explore the AHC on the LX.

Enjoy.

I have a question on TRD SC, yes you can install it all that , but where did you got program (spec) for a computer? I see one available for Tundra which is not the same for LX or LC, or what is the work around? I know people did installed TRD SC but they can't pass emission control, so can you explain me how you achieve that level? or what are the step to make it happen

Unichip, theyre terrible to deal with but have a good product.

Hey just curious about the recommended maintenance with a supercharged 5.7 v8. Do you do oil changes every 5k or 10k? The non flex fuel 5.7 is 10k and the flex fuel v8 is 5k. I'm assuming 5k just because the difference for the supercharger is that the non flex fuel needs a couple changes to the fuel injector and the gauge in the gas tank.

I bought a used trd supercharger and noticed that's the main difference between the non flex and the flex fuel. So wondering what your maintenance schedule is like. Please let me know.
