nembe needs help with clutch

how are you doing my name is bill i was givin a 1975 fj 40 that has a chevy v8 350 with the advanced addapter bellhouseing i resently did the clutch and i was wondering duse anyone know if i was soposed to get the clutch assembly that manafray offers or could i just go with the 168 tooth fly weel and a regular 11 in clutch wich is what manafry says to do please anyone with some insite my ears are open

the reason i ask is becuase the car in neutral the clutch is a lil ingaged and want to move the car
 
Howdy! It could be that you need to adjust the push rod on the clutch slave. I have also sen the aftermarket clutch slave bracket bend back and forth when you push the clutch pedal. Centerforce offers a short throw pressure plate that is designed to work well with the Chevota conversions. I am running one. I have used stock 11 and 12 inch chevy cutch setups befoe, the the Centerforce is MUCH easier to get working correctly. John
 
thank you jhon i will adjust the push rod on the clutch slave and get back to you on how it goes thank you and you have used a stock chevy clutch how did they work out
