I got booked on a gig to rebuild NECN just west of Boston. Looks like I'll be here for a few months at least. Found some decent places to eat this week, but if you guys have any recommendations that are reasonably local, please speak up.
If you see a black LX450 with Jersey plates, that'd be me.

All depends on where you will be living and working. Boston metro area has some of the best food in the world, and a lot of mediocre, but it does take some effort to sort the two.

Traffic sux in Boston but food is very good.

Tons of decent food along Highland Ave from Needham center to Newton center. Very good food out in Wellsely too. Inbound, all kinds of great food in Brookline into Allston/Brighton. Boston's Back Bay and South End has some the finest food in the world. The newly developed Seaport District (formally known as Fort Point Channel) has some very good places, some with great harbor views. For a fun dinner out in that area of the city we are big fans of: Temezcal, Empire, Sams. Central and Davis Squares in Cambridge has an array of exotic food; often multiple asian fusion on the same block. Mayasian, Tibetian, mongolian all in same zip code. Quincy Market is a tourist trap. Check Yelp and Open Table for reviews.

Jon - good to have you in town! Let's grab a glass somewhere.
That sounds like a plan. I'm on site from 8am-6/7pm every day. Been working through the weekends and got out early today. Heading back to Jersey this Thursday and coming back here Sunday eve.
Likely missing our annual Memorial Day trip and hoping to get to CMCC. This whole "work" thing is overrated.

very close by on 40 Needham st is Farm Grill Rotisserie. Excellent greek food, if you like that. Best lamb Gyro I've had. They rotisserie seasoned lamb and pork meat, not the loaf stuff like most. I used to work down the street and ate their all the time, still do when I'm passing through. Reasonably priced as well.

Seconds on Blue Ginger and Bocado in Wellesley

Drove past Copley Motors. They had about a dozen or so Rovers out front and some nice steel in the showroom as well.
