They only cost about $150 to ship through UPS ground if you have a commercial account. I ordered a head from SOR a few months ago.
I saved the box in case I ever need to ship one - can post pics of it if you're interested, it is pretty nice.

That's the backup plan if nobody bites by early next week, and about the price I expected - $150-200. I'd love some photos of the case though. I've been cooking up crate ideas in my head but a cheat sheet is always nice.

I also messaged the guy a few posts down doing the SLC->OK->KY run. Denver and Nashville aren't too far off from that path.
