Need your advice tire gurus! Buying some used 315's

Hey guys I'm buying a set of 4 BAJA ATZ 315/75/16's for my HDJ80 for $180. Is it worth it? Here are the pics. I can't see the tires in person since the seller is in another province and will just ship it. I'm not sure but it looks a bit too thin already... Thanks guys!

Looks pretty close to the wear bars. I would pass IMO
