Hello,
Completely new to this forum, I have my 1958 LC250, that I need to drain some gas out of. With a (presumably) pressurized tank cuz of the hybrid, is there a way to get the gas out? Tried siphoning, but seemed to have no luck against the rollover/one way check valve. Any help is really appreciated!

There should be quick disconnects on the fuel line near the tank and in the engine bay. Disconnect the supply side, connect your own tube and route to a container. Use a scan tool to manually activate the fuel pump.

Thx! Does the quick disconnect require some special tools?
Also, can I just run a paper clip in the fuel pump fuse? Is that gonna throw error codes in these newer vehicles?

Nope, just a firm press on both sides. I would borrow or buy a scan tool to do it, any decent one with bidirectional control should work. I haven't looked at a 250 fuel pump yet, but I'm sure it is similar to other late model Toyotas, where it is can bus controlled with a fuel pump ecu located back somewhere near the fuel tank.
