Yeah I think that request was brought to you by exhaustion because I have no memory of typing it.
Final tally on what was cooked was over 100 chicken thighs, 6 slabs of spare ribs trimmed out to a St. Louis cut, 8 shoulders, and 4lbs. of smoked sausage. Add in French's BBQ slaw which was a big hit and I don't think anyone left hungry and if they did it wasn't because we didn't try to feed them.
I would like to thank Matt B. for the use of his UDS and Keith for the use of his kettle because without them we wouldn't have had enough room to handle all of the cooking.
Now for Eric, I had a blast and want to thank you for putting the event on and hope that BCRFA was able to raise a lot of money. I for one will be back next year if you decide to have the event again.
Oh and kudos to all of DLC for stepping up. I think we represented LC's and the community well.
