Hal and I will be getting there probably around 7 with the UDS and my kettle, sauce, and couple more ez-ups. I think he's making a poster to label our booth as DixieLand Cruisers - Ribs for Racks.

If Hal does a poster (and it isn't too late), I would like to give credit to TAZ Distributing for donating the chicken. Brian Scarborough got us a case of chicken thighs at cost from Belle Foods and refused to let me pay him for it. I guess I cant give him crap about driving a Jeep for a couple of weeks.

We need to write a letter to Matt's dad and the guy that donated the chicken and say thanks. No way we could have done this without their support. It was an amazing event, and yes I'm friggin dead. It's a good satisfied kind of tired though. I think we came in second in people's choice. Bunk that we don't have the scores yet.
