Wanted need junk fj40 hood in oklahoma

I am building a 4seat chassis with an FJ40 fron clip. I need to widen a hood, so I need one to cut up. The only part I care about being strait is the center 8-10" running the length of the hood. Thanks for the help. I could just throw a jeep hood on it and be done, but everyone has jeep based buggys, and I have always been a yota guy. I am in northern OKLA. I also need a clean title and VIN # for this thing if anyone has one. Thanks

Got one here. its a little surface rusty and has one bullet hole in it.

but still solid. you need feanders and bib got the matchin set.

Oh its a split hood early style if that matters. I think it came off a 72.

Im kinda FJ ignorant. My last rock crawling rig was a 81 yota with a LT1, 1ton axles and 42s. Long story short, I need a family rig, and I have always been fond of cruisers. Anyhow, I am not all that familiar with the split hoods. Are they 2 piece? Got any pics of one? Let me tell you what Im doing. My chassis is wider than a fj at the cowl, it is actually jeep width. I have a fiberglass hood, but it needs to be wider. So, my plan is to split the hood down the middle and slide the halves out to get the hood to the correct width. Then I would hinge each side of the hood from the middle. Make sense? So, what I need another hood for is the filler piece in the middle. But, I have been seeing the stuff about the split hoods, and that has me wondering if that would make things easier. So, could someone explain the split hoods better to me, or post up some pics? Thanks.

sorry about the delay man, looks like the guy i am getting from won't be ready until thanksgiving or so.

I have one with surface rust, no dents, might have a slight tweak in it though. $40 plus shipping from Idaho.
