Rubber isolation pad on the a/c line clamp. Don't need the whole clamp, unless that's the only way to buy it. The pad on other side is dry and cracking as well.

What website has that detailed IPC you show in your reply? I'm looking for shock absorber bushing parts and the online toyota parts illustrations are not very clear and don't list all of the parts.

Pretty much any dealers parts site has it. Just depends on which one you want to buy from.

Not really. I usually order thru Toyota of Dallas since I can pick up locally. Their website doesn't have the level of detail as shown by Trunkmonkey.

If I can determine the part number, I can order anything thru them. Just getting down to that one part sometimes is a pain.
