Need help with knocking sound. (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to figure out this noise. Made the noise before the change to new block, Head, front cover, chain/guides, water & oil pumps. After all of this, still making the same noise.

Whats your best guess??

By new block, do you mean complete shortblock?
To me, it sounds like cold piston slap.

Ya complete short block with a new head. only thing reused is the Distributor.
