Need help with factory trailer wire harness (1 Viewer)

I picked up my 2011 LC a month ago and was going to tow my boat. I look down and I don't see the trailer wire. I looked by spare tire and there's nothing mounted either. I called Toyota and they said that my car did come with trailer package. What am I missing? Can anyone post a pick of what the factory wiring should look like? I do see to small female connections in the wire harness running along on the drivers side corder of the vehicle but that is way up in there there is not male connect plugged into it. I am assuming this is where the factory harness should plug in. I want to make sure I know what to order.

Any ideas?

A lot of 200s made it out without the harness. Shortly after buying mine I noticed it missing and had the dealer order me one. At first they wanted to charge me but after telling them it was supposed to be there in the first place they ordered free of charge. Goes on passenger side next to spare.

Same for me, hooked up a trailer and realized I had nothing to plug into- dealer ordered after a call. Clearly Toyota has decided that's not an important detail.
