I recently purchased a 82 jf40 from out of state, since day one it has always pulled to the right. I've been messing with this issue for the last 4 months. The problem is the driver side wheel base measure 92" the passenger side measure 90 1/2", there a 1 1/2" difference. First I replaced the springs with HFS thinking maybe there were a missed match set, but that didn't do anything. I took it to a frame shop and they straighten the frame within 4mm which was diamonded, but it did not change the wheel base, it does drive a little straighter, they have no ideal what the problem is, maybe a bent axle housing. The weird thing if I turn left it will drive straight, but as soon as I make a right turn it pulls right. At this point I don't know what to do, could a bent axle be causing this, looking at the axle housing everything looks straight.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

Are the military wraps on all 4 springs on the spring pins at the frame?

Any good frame shop can diagnose whats up........

I'm not getting any "CONFIDENCE VIBES" on the one you used.....

Take it elsewhere........
