I am going this afternoon to buy a '96 LC; however, the owner had taken the 3rd row seats out an put them in his attic at one time. Well, the house caught fire and burned the seats, so the vehicle doesn't have them. I found a set locally on Craigslist that the guy will give me for $150. He said that he bought them used thinking that they would work in his Tahoe, but, of course, no dice. He said that he was later "told" that the seats were for a '96 or older LC, but he says that he isn't sure. My dilemma is that the the LC is about a 2 hour drive for me and the seats are about 30 minutes from the truck. The guy has them at his office, but closes at 5. I wouldn't be able to get there in time with the LC, since I'm doing the transaction for the LC at 5. I'd really like to avoid having to drive all the way back out there to get the seats next week if I can pick them up on the way to get the truck today. I'm not certain of exactly what LC 3rd row seats are supposed to look like. Could someone please check the link and let me know if these are, in fact, pre-'98 LC seats?
