In the video it’s hard to hear but there’s a small growl/roar when the revs are coming down it sounds like something slipping possibly? I can’t make heads or tails of it, i was thinking a pulley or tensioner but have no idea how to determine that and i don’t hear any squealing which i though would be the main symptom of that

but when i’m driving it will appear intermittently mostly when engine is cold

With your head under the hood, and someone on the throttle, can get an idea of where the sound is coming from with the hood open and listening around the engine bay?

Sounds like driver side to me but i cant pinpoint even with my head under there, i had my wife revving it but no luck

of note once everything gets warmed up and running noises seem to subside almost completely but when cold you only hear it on first bit of acceleration and sometimes deceleration

Do you have a stethoscope? Here's a cheap one and will help isolate and pinpoint the noise better: https://www.amazon.com/Ever-Ready-F...-1-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9hdGY&psc=1
