Need help finding spring bushings for Rancho springs

I'm not having any luck finding replacement bushings for aftermarket Rancho springs. I tried the online suspension sites for universal replacements.
I called Rancho. Rancho said the springs and nbushings are obsolete and it sucks to be me. The Rancho bushing number is RS541 and the springs are part number RS43033. The bushings are 1.375 OD .625ID and have a .125" flange. barrel length 2.75" My shackels are Confer. Any help would be apreciated.

Try SOR or OME, there should be a metric equivilant

#289-46B-C and 289-60-C at SOR would work. Looks to be the same size as 60/62-series Land Cruiser with aftermarket 5/8" pins.
