Need Help Diagnosing Whistling Sound at Idle

I don't hear a whistling. Perhaps you're hearing a serpentine belt, tensioner or idler bearing singing to you. These are often loudest when cold. I use a harbor fright stethoscope to pin point bad bearings. Dirty PCV valve with worn grommet and/or hose will suck air.

Agree, does sound like a bearing, try removing serp belt and feel idler and tensioner bearings.
