SILVER Star
Fellas,
I got this simple door that needs a spring loaded latch system so that when I push the door closed, latches on both sides engage themselves. When I want to open it, I'll turn the center camp lock deal. I'm not liking my current door closing solution because I need to always use a key to lock it so that it doesn't accidentally open up on bumpy roads.
As you can see, I'm using rods but will change over to using cables to pull a spring loaded latch in order to disengage it. The center locking mechanism is a Southco E5 cam latch
I found these but looking for something less "beefy"
These might work, just need to drill a hole for a cable.
Anyway, if y'all have any slick ideas, please let me know!
Thanks.
