Need a t-case or the parts for vacuum to manual shift conversion

Hello all,
I am installing an A440 from a JDM HZJ77 into my rig. It currently has the vacuum t-case shifter. I am converting to manual shift. Anyone have a busted t-case they want to part with, the parts for the conversion or an extra t-case for sale? Yeah, I'm planning on having this done for the 70 series rally in a couple of weeks! It wouldn't be any fun without the pressure of a make it or break it deadline...

Hydraulic A440F with split case from a JDM hzj77. Replacing the 80 Series computer controlled a442F and full time transfercase that came mated to the engine.

I have just bought an older Tfer case off a 4-speed BJ40 to use the parts to convert my '85 BJ73 to a fully manual case. Is there a guide to the process anywhere?
