Need a Quick Answer! - 180F or 192F Thermostat?

Right in the middle of replacing the radiator with a 4 core rad. Was going to replace the thermostat with a new one. New one is 192 F thermostat. Old (but looks fairly new) thermostat is 180 F.

Should I continue to use the 180 F or replace with the new 192 F? Will the 180 make that big of a difference?

For summer I'd go with 180.
