I’m about to start a head gasket job and am planning on sending my head out to be worked. Anyone know of a good machine shop near Amarillo TX? Looking to start in a couple weeks after I empty my wallet on parts.

Good afternoon......I guess it depends on what you want done. For metal work and general machining I would call HS Outdoorsman at
(325) 514-2557. Ethan is an engineering grad from WTAMU and is pretty handy. For mechanical and auto stuff I use Crabtree automotive in Canyon. Gary is the owner and very knowledgeable. Last but not least would be Fabwright in Amarillo. Jackie is pretty good....but mainly works on Jeeps and can be pricey.
