I called and left a voicemail about an issue with my downpipe.

I emailed with details of the problem with my downpipe.

I posted here asking to be contacted.

I have not received an acknowledgement, let alone a reply or solution.

This morning, I am taking my 80 to a local shop to have them fix the downpipe.

My downpipe is fixed, thankfully it was not expensive. Let this be a lesson, almost 2 weeks since I brought this up and not even an ack.

A very respected local exhaust shop identified the issue at the flex joints, the comment was "Nice exhaust, too bad he used junk flex pipe" - and suggested a fully braided flex joint would be better suited. Also the exhaust manifold stud cutouts on the EMS are overside (for adjustability?), make damn sure you have everything lined up perfectly or those stud openings become an exhaust leak.
