Need 17x9 steelies 3.5BS custom rock ring welded and powdered!

Is there a vendor that can do all that in house? I'm in NorCal near Sacramento.

If not, where's the best place to get cheap steelies and can the rock rings they sell on Pirate be MIG welded or do they need to be TIG welded?!

I was told these guys can do all kind of stuff with off-road wheels...I have no connection or first hand knowledge other than someone referring them to me.

Steel wheels can be mig welded, although tiging them on will reduce the chances or amount of distortion (also looks much better, not that you'll see the welds)...

But mig would be fine
