The Asheville Panic bit torrent is def worth checking out!! :)

I had planned on making GSMTR but I have a schedule conflict that will prohibit my participation.

Take / post lots of pics!!

I wish i could make it, i just can't afford to break it! Wow, that rymes.

You fellas should check out www.gdlive.com for some great music along with above mentioned links. Last time i saw panic in Ashevegas........2000 i think, i got lost in the bathroom! That was back during my experimental days you can say.

As for a NC club, i'm all for it, but i'm not paying dues to a club that never meets and never has trail rides.

Don't see a need for dues right now as i am just trying to get some guys together to trail ride in NC (Uwharrie Tellico) and surrounding areas (WV, and paragon park), and possibly meet once a month or so, I tryed to email Carolina Cruisers and still have no response, i now plan to put something together on my own

There are some other good trails just past Boone right inside Tenn. I'll have to see if i can ask Bruce how to get there. One of the trails is named little tellico and i would say it's at least a 3+

I e-mailed the local chapter representative last week too. No response for me either although that's been the norm over the years I've been on their list. He'll probably respond eventually but I think it's obvious it's not the operating procedure we're looking for...

We need to form a group of interested parties and take it from there. Todd had some good feedback about other clubs that started the same way.

There's plenty of interest, just need some direction.

Like I said, when I go now, it's an e-mail, phone call operation to coordinate the participants. If we had a master list or common forum, more people could get involved and make it a better-represented outing.

Count me in. I'm always up for hitting the trails.

Oh, and Concrete - I was at the 2000 show in Ashevegas as well. Awesome closer.

If southerncruiser is getting a list together from this thread, we will have a start. Then it's just sending out an email either stating a time/date/place or asking for suggestions on time/date/place.

By the way, i finnaly found my way out of the bathroom for the last two songs.

Hey ya'll. I used to belong to Carolina Cruisers years ago but they would never meet enough and do things so I dropped out. Getting ready to retire from the Army but have lots of time to get together. The Uwharrie is opening back up in 5 days. WooooHoooo. Thats where i usually end up at. I'd be more than happy to meet with some of ya'll sometime and wheel or wrench or just look at all the other rigs people own, and get ideas for mine.

If Uwharrie is open why are you taking pictures of your mall Cruiser in your mama's back yard?! :D

TJK

That was an interesting day. It rained so hard at the end of the ride, we would have been better off with kayaks to get back to the road.

Nothing like turning an 80 into a mud sled on 40-degree down slopes!! That Uwharrie clay is like ice when the sky opens up!! :)

I'll bet the added weight of a 40th badge would have caused Todd to get body damage.

Especially an illegitimate badge. Those are even heavier right?? :)
