Seems like it is a pain in the neck to install. Did you do the install or have someone install it for you?

I just installed prestigious society - super simple install - less than an hour clear instructions - popped out three dash components and unscrewed 4 screws on nav then plug and play.

Does the 2013 have the voice system to tell where you want to go? Toyota has had that since 2010.
I had the Prest. Sociiety device in my Lexus. Worked great for two years, then the entire screen went black. No controls worked. I had to remove it and the display came back to life. Luckily as it is a $6000 replacement part.

Voice directions are available and can be turned off.
