Nav: No DVD. Please insert a map DVD help please

I just swapped out the glove box light and when I got everything all buttoned up I am getting the “No DVD. Please insert a map DVD.” Message on the head unit.

Could something have come unplugged when messing around with the glovebox? Is that the Nav disc player in the right side of the glove box?

I didn’t see anything unplugged, but I’m assuming that is what it is.

Not sure where it is on the 200, but on the 100 it was under the passenger seat. For some reason I thought it was on a USB drive or hard disk drive on the 200.

Was it working properly before replacing the glove box light? Could you have accidentally hit the eject button and it just needs to be re-inserted?

Yes it was working properly before so something must have come unplugged or jarred the disc. I’ll get back in there today and see what I can figure out.

Seems to be a loose wire. I took it all back out and worked fine. I loved the wires a little and it stopped. One less mystery, but adds another. I’ll need to see which wire is the issue and correct that.
