Hey All,
I know there are a couple company that makes these, but I’m a DIY’r and thought there may be others out there that want to save a few buck and build their own gullwing windows for their cruisers. I’ve spent 4 months, and 2 different designs, and built a nice set for around $400.
So here is what I’m offering/sharing.

$60 (Venmo) and you can build your own. It would include the following;

2 paper patterns
Material list with,
Aluminum dimensions
hinge part numbers,
t nut and screw part numbers,
locking latch part numbers,
gas strut part numbers,
tlock bulb seal part number,
rubber edge trim part number.
Directions on modifying factory window frame
And priority shipping thru USPS

I bought these plans from Josh off Facebook and he followed through after payment. Sent parts list and diagrams right away through email and had everything else a few days later.
I still have yet to build my set.

Is $400 the approx cost of materials to build a set, or is that what you spent on your multiple iterations while designing? This is pretty cool.
