Mystery wiring harnesses

Ok so I just picked up my first Land Cruiser. It's a clean 2001 and already has a list of mods/upgrades a mile long. So I was just digging around under the hood checking fluids and whatnot and noticed three wiring harnesses disconnected but bundled together behind the breather next to the power steering reservoir. What are they for? I can take a picture tomorrow if that doesn't make sense.

I don't remember if the consensus was Flux Capacitor, Fetzer Valve or Blinker Fluid Reservoir.
