Does anybody know what this part is and it's purpose? It's right in front of power antenna motor on passenger sidewall.

Nah, just kidding. Its the fuel pump resistor.
Fuel pump resistor. Not sure what it does.
Fuel pump has two modes, high voltage and low voltage, for low voltage operation the fuel pump relay routes power for the pump through the resistor,
the fuel pump realy is in the same spot on the other inner fender.
