Mysterious loose wire near starter? (1 Viewer)

Hi there I just recently purchased a 1997 Lexus lx 450 and when replacing my fuel filter I noticed a loose wire exiting a larger wire loom with a square like flat wire terminal on the end. I’m thinking it could be a possible ground, but it doesn’t look like it has been connected to anything for quite some time. Any help on where it goes would be much appreciated!

That’s the engine harness main ground it bolts to the side of the intake manifold right under the egr temp sender. Pretty much in line with the brake booster. You will see the flat spot on the lower intake manifold.
