Finally took time from the job and drove to the nearest scrap yards.

After 10 minutes of searching and found this nice Mazda MPV third row seat. For a 100$ they removed it from the van, complete with all floor latch and all safety belts.

I'm very please with the results. The seat fold and flip. It is wide and will easily accomodate my 3 kids. Still have to fit the left and right belt to the roll cage. I will make a box between the two channels so i can store straps and recovery equipment. And my tool box fits behind the seats. i'm 5-9" and have 2" to spare to the roof. Granded it would be kinda high without the hard top but i never removed it.!

Nice! That looks awesome! I need to do that to mine. Whats your center console out of and does it have a heater with it?

It is the original console from later 40 models, yes there is a heater under it.
