While at pub night I was excited to show the guys what I have been working on for the last year or so. I've been working on turboing my truck. The first hurdle was to address fueling issues when running in a boosted condition. That was handled by designing a tuned MAF housing for a sensor out of a 2004 Camry. The ECU now reads air flow in excess of 36 lbs and stays out of limp mode.
What I was showing the guys on Monday was the pattern and core box for my cast manifold. Because the only manifold available for our trucks is a rather poor excuse for one I decided to make my own.
