I finally got my rear bumper done after only 1 1/2 years. It turned out pretty cool so I thought I would share. I hope to put it to good use on Bronco. :grinpimp:

Alan, this is the one referenced you asked about earlier. I don't know if I will acutally produce this one though. I need to see how the latch holds up/works in real life and would likely have to simplify it to produce it. For now it is just one for me.

 Man, that bumper is beautiful! Detailed quality workmanship from what I see in the pics.
You have skillz dude - a great knowledgeable Medic too! Damn professor :wrench:.

As someone else said, cutting that rear crossmember = Hardcore! Which Im not. :D Regardless, Ill be following any developments from that website in your sig line. Im hoping that you have something for us softcore with dual swingouts for tire and 2x or 3x fuel cans.

Whats with the Dealer Plates (What happened to 4LO 4MO?) Awesome 80 BTW. :flipoff2:

lookin good!

Sweet , needs to be scratched up but welcome to the single swing arm club :D mine swings the other way & works great

Did you think about making the rear wing tube taller? Need to add some to mine and thinking higher and some kind of side tie in with the sliders if possible.

That is just killer work Mo!! The one thing I hate about the Kaymar is the crappy way they have the hi lift jack holder thru the spare. The angle holder that Slee, Ken and now you have is much better!!!

Wow, nice looking bumper. I wish i had that kinda skill. I have to pay up when it comes to things like that.

Mo, you are skilled for sure. Nice work and sweet looking bumper.

Mo, very nice work. I really like the attention to detail like the HI-Lift mount, license plate holder and latch.

I will be pulling the trigger on a rear bumper in the next month and if you decide to produce these please let me know.

That looks friggin sweet man!! Honestly, it looks great! If you get bored and decide to fab up some additional units, please let me know....!

;) man that is sooo nice!!!!!!

I am thinking about making more. I will let you know for sure if I do.

I had to relinquish the 4LO 4MO plates, those are acutally my gimp plates not dealer plates. :o

I decided on that height to balance protection and leverage exerted on the wings when pushed against a rock.

Thank you, I will definitely let you know soon. I need to take care of a couple of things first.

Did you read my little speal on the rear side marker lighs being unneccessary on the 80? Curious to know if I remeber the law correctly. IE will I get hassled?

I posted in the other thread, but i wanted to ask here...

Did you purchse the DIY kit from Luke for parts, or just a spindle and then sourced your own latch?

Awesome work. I would love to purchase one from you if possible since sending 2 grand to NorCal and waiting till March isn't really my thing, nor is Hanna even taking orders till Thanksgiving, and the Slee is cool, but I like yours and the shipping would be covered in beers right?

On the Rubithon this year, Cdan's rig had the new Labs rear and it was crazy how much the body flexed into the wings. He didn't bend the wings into the body, but the flex pushed the panels against the inside of the wings....same on Ricks. Is there a way to stiffen up the body mounts on the rig?

I could only imagine if you added it up, you have 3 grand into that one. So if there's a Bill of Material that I can supply to cut that cost down, i'd be up for that. you know, when yer ready to "get r done".

ready yet?
