I picked up my new lid today from a local sheet metal shop. It took about two weeks to build the lid from my design (actually, ideas from all of you trailer builders). I still need to build an internal frame, add struts, hinges, and the other stuff for my RTT. The lid is 16g, bent, mitered, and the corners welded. I love this lid...:flipoff2:

Thanks, the shop is in Santa Ana. They did a great job. It cost me $775, a little steep, but worth it. Keeping my stuff in the trailer is worth it.

Future reference

The company that built the lid is located in Santa Ana, CA. David and his crew did a great job! He will also fab up fenders and anything else you have plans for.

Great looking lid. Do you have a close up pic of the hinge? Also do you have plans/diagrams with dimensions for this top? Very nice. Will be watching to see what you do with this.
