Long time 80-Series owner. Pulled the trigger on this two weeks ago. Love it. My brother has had two 5.7 Tundras so I knew what I wanted. I'm going to keep the 80-Series and tow it out to Moab now in Tundra comfort instead of screaming up the Rocky Mountains at redline in the 80. Ha.

let me know how towing the 80 with your tundra goes. my 80 is stupid heavy, so i figure with a trailer, i'm about at the limit. towing my 40 on the trailer is a dream though.

Will do. It pulled my '72 GMC 3/4-ton very well which is about 800 lbs lighter than my 80. That's with 3 people in the Tundra and we used a U-haul auto trailer which are pretty light.

Cool! - So far all 3 of us are 80 owners who added a 5.7 Tundra to the stable.

Is that a early grill & headlights Tundra? -(I think '14 was facelift year?)
Same cloth interior as the Rock Warrior pkg? -(Mine's black/red detail)

2016. Toyota Certified used program. Still has factory warranty then free lifetime powertrain through the selling dealer kicks in at 100,000 miles as long as I have all of the preventative maintenance performed and verified.

Yep, 14 was new design. 2016 got integrated trailer brake controller which I’m itching to try out.
