Went to Opp, AL today and picked up a set of DS flares in white, a front fender from a 96, and a brand new radiator. Had a blown HG and 300k miles. Someone had been there and snagged the axles and wiring harnesses for a rock crawler. Fun drive and the guy had a nice 91 with 127,000 miles in great condition. I tried to buy that off him but no go.

He was trying to work a deal with the new owner... I was kinda hoping that deal had gone down. Haven't heard, or either I don;t remember the outcome.
 
I did sell it. Picked a 75 40 tonight from the guy I sold it to. So I'm back to having a cruiser after about 3 and a half months without one. Life is finally getting back to normal now that I've moved too and am not commuting an hour and a half one way twice a day.

I've got barn doors and tailgate and ambi doors I think. I have a spare of everything but an engine basically. I have to make another trip to get the rest of the spare parts and stuff. 8274 that needs to be rebuilt too. Needs a paint job, transmission, and new carb and its brand new. The PO tried to rhino line the interior floor after patching the tub and putting in a new rear pan but it has all come off so I may re do that.
 
If I had a 40, that the engine needed work on... I'd go get me a 3FE and A440 and make it a DD. But that's just me!

I can't wait to see this beast! Holler when you go get that stuff, I'm down for a road trip!
