Nope, a legit 60 series thread, doesn't need to be moved to chat. Note the difference between the 60 series forum and the others. Ours does NOT say tech.

I saw another pic of his yellow 60 earlier and my first thought was "cool" but I'm partial to yellow. I had a new 71 Super Beetle Conv. and a 73 Vega Panel Wagon that were yellow. Not comparing a 60 to a bug or Vega but this, thanks to me, is definitely chat.

:D

Wouldn't they love some of those sliding rear windows?
Let me know if you find some.

Top of my list of mods.....well only because I can afford them over a 5 speed......I'll be sure and let you know when I find a second pair!;)

love that yellow rig of yours,i was considering the same yellow from an fj cruiser yellow.maybe someday.:D john

German Shepherd....Great Dane....
. . . If ever there was a 60/62 in need of a Milford cargo barrier!

Until then, I'd always worried about my Lab flying over the headrests & thru the windshield. A side benefit was that it eliminated the slobber on my shift arm (barrier behind 2nd seat).

Followed that up with a generic SUV plastic cargo liner cut down to size & two big dog beds. I'm sure the Aussie sliding rear windows would've gotten the dogs' votes, but judging from the nose slicks I've had to clean off those windows, I'm not sure the screens would've lasted as long as the barrier.

We took our Australian Shepherd-Blue Healer mix to the Vet for the last time yesterday . . . a sad day around here. Good to see other dogs enjoying a Cruiser. THANX!

like said a cargo barrier is needed. In an accident a dog from the back of the truck will cleanly remove your head in the front. And kill anyone in between.

And no...my dog isn't alway restrained. But it can make me nervous.

this is tech though.... I think thats the best car alarm I've seen in years... I still want to get the viper alarm for more bling.;)

And of course I don't gotta feed the car alarm food and water.LOL! Soo...
Oh yeah and to preserve your interior... Use the sour apple spray/cream. It works wonders. I use it on my interior so my dog.. I mean car alarm does not eat my seats....

Here's my mut... He was 3 months (now 5 months)...

BTW, Labs suck as car alarms... unless licking the intruder to death is a good way to prevent theft.
