Mudship: Charleston, SC to Pittsburgh

If i can get everything working right on the cruiser after the swap the family and i are planning a spring break trip up north. We are headed to niagra. My family lives in Slippery Rock PA (45 min N of Pitt). We will be staying there for the trip.

If it can wait until early spring I would have room for a rim. You just got to get the rim from Charleston to Greenville once i can confirm that we are headed north. I will PM you more info once i hear the cruiser up and running and i can confirm the wife hasn't changed plans for where we are spending spring break.

Benke will be coming up hopefully this thur or fri to get the engine (boss man is chewing my ass to get it out of the way)

I won't have it running by then, still waiting on parts from AA.

until i can confirm our trip i don't want to get the rim just incase he finds another mudship.

My grand parents made an emergency trip down here to see their heart doctor. About once a year my grandfather has to get his heart stopped/re started. Their return back up north is pretty much what makes/breaks our trip. I'm praying for a quick recovery.

Even if things don't work out with me going up there i can put the rim in the back of their truck for their return to PA. They won't be game from meeting anyone for mudship but i have plenty of family up there that woudn't mind getting the rim out of the back of the truck and you getting the rim from them.

There is even a slight chance that if my grand parents return up north doesn't jive with greenville county schools spring break i will be the one who drives them back up.

So either way it works out I'm trying to work out a trip up north. I'm in the need of some pitt beer anyway.

I'd love to give more of a heads up on a time line but the doctors are just taking it day to day and making him rest. He's not ill enough to be admited to the hospital and we are hoping it stays that way.

I think everything is going to dump except 3rd row seats and tow bar...tired of storing it but thanks anyhow unless someone can is coming through charleston or heading up that way from here before holidays.

if someone would have come to the shop where the engine was being stored on the days you said you were going to be there you would have it.

I had to call you late nov 27th to see if you were still coming on the 28th and you canceled last min.

Then you made plans to pick it up thur or fri. You said you'd call wed night. Wed night came and went and you never called. I think you called back friday. By then it was first come first serve. I was busy all weekend and monday if it wasn't sold or picked up it was headed to the scrap yard.
