move in party/work weekend/ hang out/ when ??????????????

so like i told ya'll i would like to have a move in get together/hang out.
i am thinking of buying BBQ from the pit instead of me cooking. so i need a head count and to set a good date thats good for every one. i was thinking some time in February on a Saturday. this would be close to the round up so it could also be a kind of work weekend. so if you have some last little things that you need done to the cruiser & doing it on a lift would help. then bring it on.
but lets start thinking of a good date & i will need a head count for food & drinks.
you can invite your friends. i just need to know how many folks so every one can eat.
i would also like to get as many cruiser as we can and take a pic to put on my web page.

my wife should not be in school at the next meeting so we can talk about if yall like then.

Going to leave it chrome at first, prolly going to get the bumper painted to match original bumper. I was thinking of plasti dipping the chrome if its too much.

ok so we got all the big players coming. so it will be 2/11/12 we can start around 10am (i'll be here by 9am) & go until every one is gone.

i am going to make a new post with the day and time. if every one can just post a head count so i know. is there any way to do some kind of post with a counter for yes's and no's. that way i will not have to go and count them all?
