Who is going this year? August is 80% full already so don't wait too long to register. I hope to return as a guide again this year.

It really is a great event. It is the best way to get some serious riding in. It is also a killer way to test ride demo bikes, for free. The variety of trails in the area from beginner to advanced makes Oakridge a true mountain bikers paradise

During the July event myself and some clients rode three different trails in one day. It was freaking epic! Plus the fact that the food was great, free, and the beer was even better, also free.

It doesn't get much better.

Mountain Bike Oregon features three days of unbelievable single-track riding, with numerous supported ride options that leave directly from camp stationed on the Willamette River. Riders come from all over the world to attend the event.

is mountain bike oregon in an area that is closed to MTBrs (private property) usually?
Is that why this is a paid event ?
or is this hosted in an are that is open to anyone during the spring/summer/fall seasons ?

If any body care to explain that would be great..

Thanks,

The rides are all on public trails.

You entry fee covers unlimited shuttles, loads of free demo bikes, all food, guides, camping and as much beer as you can drink. Plus a ton of fun. With a bunch of like minded people from around the world.

The entry fee is well worth it!

Thanks for the explanation....
Guess that's going in the bucket list eh !!!!

Beer and Food and a little biking sound good to me.
