No. I can smell gas when I try to start her.
Does P0100 code apply to throttle body?

It doesn't directly apply to the throttle body but it is part of the fuel strategy. Hopefully it isn't a internal fault with the ECM but it does need to be checked. Are you able to read live data from the ECM.

Yes. I get a po100 code.

I just cleaned throttle body. It was very gummed up and dirty.

Just drove it five miles no problem. But I will find out tonight and tomorrow is she starts again. Thanks for your time.

is it normal to smell fuel when cranking her over?
Stock engine no, but with SC I can't say. That said un burnt fuel (smell) would point to no spark. But you'll not know for sure until you check for spark during condition. That fact this is intermittent points to short.

Are you disconnecting battery while working on, then it starts?

She does not like to start in morning until 10:00 ...

That fact you work on it then it starts then work on something else and it starts. I was looking for something common you do each time, like disconnecting battery or tapping on fuse box.

This intermittent starting sound like a short.

I get. It's very strange. It won't start in the early morning. When it finally starts later, it runs fantastic no problems...

First I'll repeat: If this started (no start) right after T-belt job; take back to mechanic that did work.
______________

So no start condition not when worked on, but on "cold" mornings. Then it will starts when day warms up. Do all test in early morning when cold (after confirming no start condition). Everything become denser when cold. I.E. seals and diaphragms shrink and stiffen, metal parts contract this included electrical contacts.

Second I'll repeat: Try a spark test on cold morning. Remove spark plug, while connected to coil, ground and crank engine with EFI 20 amp fuse removed. Then you'll have spark eliminated. If no spark try @ponytl suggestion "fuse box". Inspect for loose relay, this may explain cold (shrinking reducing contact) and braking (movement) of a connection(s).

If spark is good; move to fuel pressure test next.
This could be as simple as gas cap, fuel pump or regulator issue. Just because you smell gas doesn't mean you have correct fuel mixture.

Thanks for reiterating. I appreciate your help.

After doing g everything you guys suggested, it was the 02 sensor wires...
Thanks guys!

So what was it with the O2 sensor wires? I'm in the same boat. Torn? Damaged? Unplugged?
