Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

no one is making a decision for me.....adding guidance and intel for me to make the right decision...... what do you guys think?

Not sure if 48 is OTD or pretax....but regardless seems strong. Not sure if Mannheim has fully caught up to the market yet...s*** is slowing down hard....and that region markup seems high even for the south truck tax.

this is a private sell......48k is OTD.....typically I use ( i have access to mahiem too) i take the MMR and retail number split in half for private sales.....that number is 47,400....i am not going to lose a car over 600.00 ( i am not rich, but..) maybe my thinking is off and that is why i am coming to you guys for validation......please keep it coming...i dont want to over buy...

I think you're clean and in a good spot. I like that is white on brown. People may laugh at this but I do believe there's a tax on those. One of the most desired combos. I think it's a good buy, even if it gets wonky in the short term over the next few months...I think youre good long term. For reference, 2018 with same miles CPO'd was like 59.9 just 3 months ago. I know that's eternities in the used car market, and that was a retail deal...but I think to be where you're at now compared to then, probably still a good buy even if things seem to be trending downward at the moment.

Prices have been too high for so long - it's a challenge to say what's good deal or not because all the prices are still so high. And as stated @das100 , prices are perhaps going down still. You're suggesting paying nearly 60% of the vehicle's MSRP for a vehicle that has basically consumed it's original "life". It's bonkers to me.

About this time last year I was using the line in the sand of good deal for a 2016+ at the 10-12k miles per year and rust-free at $50k. That line has dropped considerably over the last year.

I think the price of your prospective vehicle is high, but what's not mentioned in the condition of the undercarriage, cam tower, starter, radiator, etc., as we as other maintenance history and tires. For $48k private party on a 2016 I'd expect ATs all around, clean interior, all service documented (including trans, diffs, transfer case), brakes, etc.

Compare your prospect to this one: https://www.lexusofsantabarbara.com...ser-base-4wd-sport-utility-jtmcy7aj5k4079828/

2019, 80k miles, KO2s, and $60k.

That is a good deal for our area. That is my fav color combo. I would buy it without any worries.

Yeah 1 owner Texas with 72 records. If you're going high miles that's a good combo.

Car market seems to be slowing a decent bit harder in the last few weeks. Some serious rate fatigue has to be setting in...and I don't think it's a great use of cash...saying because I feel like we're going to start seeing some new lows we're not used to.
