Hi! IF you're willing to share, I thought it might be helpful for the rest of us to better understand what the market prices are for the 200 series (and LX 570 I suppose). I'm personally looking for one, have found a few, and curious what others' purchase prices have been so I can negotiate (or not) properly.

Please share purchase price, year, mileage at purchase, and location (east/west/south, etc...)

Thanks and happy hunting for those also looking.

I feel like that's worth about half what they are asking but then again my perceived value on any LC has been off compared to the current market.
I saw it too, didn't even bothered to open the AD. At 393K miles I'd offer $3500! Except the glasses, everything else will require serious attention.

There's a 08 LX in Cincinnati with 78k miles asking $28.6k. It's a 1 owner from New York. Thoughts on the rust?

Don't hasitate to offer $10K and if they ask why so low, tell it is rotted and you tried to fool me with a fancy rattle can job so you get it in return! I hate people deceiving others! Give us the contact details and we'll make offers to blow the sellers mind! NO I WILL NOT BUY A ROTTED TRUCK because I will not enjoy working on it!

Crazy to look at? No. Crazy to buy? 100%.

There's simply no upside for you. It's never going to be worth more than it currently is, and any maintenance you perform will all be a sunk cost. It looks like either someone took care of it or reconditioned it, as there's little chance many of those interior pieces, like the steering wheel, shift, knob, door pulls, etc., are original unless the one-owner dressed in bubble wrap every time they entered the truck. If you're local, go peep it out for curiosity's sake. The radiator looks to have been replaced at some point but not with the updated style many are hopeful of lasting longer than the OG version. There's going to be a bunch of bits underneath that might warrant replacing if you're particular, pretty much anything made of rubber. And then there's the $5k question of how the timing chain ancillaries are doing with advanced mileage. There's a price I'd buy it at, but it's far from that ask. And full disclosure, I make terrible purchase decisions.
Saw this listing as well and tend to agree. By all indications appears to have been impeccably maintained and I do believe LC200's are 500K+ mile platforms, however you have to think about remaining life per dollar and $23k is still wild for something that's about to hit it's second trip to the moon. At sub $15k it would be a maybe for me.

That being said I am local so can check it out for anyone seriously interested.

Thoughts on a 2019 LC with 33k miles and a sale price of 75.5? It’s certified, looks like two previous owners. Pretty clean overall.

I just paid 54k for a 2018 with 70k miles. Every option. Granted it was private party. I think that's high in todays market.
This seems like a great deal provided the rig's clean and well maintained.

Friend of a friend has a 2018 White LC w/ 24k miles that I am looking at on Monday. 1 owner and kept in Texas. Asking $65,000. Thoughts? I think it is a no brained.
If you don't buy it, it's in good condition, and has Terra interior. Then I'd like to be next in line!

Unless it is beat to crap or the interior looks like a bunch of monkeys have been living in it that is an excellent deal.

The market is pretty confused right now. Dealer prices have come down quite a bit, but private sellers seem to be clutching onto Covid prices.
There is a lifelong TX truck with 91k miles. A 2011 asking $36k. https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHisto...azjulREuyfshr8JhoMTPpMOr4XfT4GVK6VvVvhBI2Bq24

Then there are some private party 2011 trucks for sale with 190K miles that want $39K.

We're hunting for a private party truck because there is no sales tax in AZ on private party transactions so it saves us a few thousand $ right there. Going to look at a 151K mile 2008. 1 owner truck in a dry state we've negotiated to $25k. Still, KBB and NADA show the private part value on it at $22k. So... it feels like a good deal if you just ignore the valuation websites and consider how insane the 200 series prices has been recently.

I've noticed this with a lot of vehicles right now, not just LCs. Private sellers have really missed the boat and are in denial.
Yep, it's being stubborn but slowly but surely you're seeing used car values come back down to earth. Using my 4Runner as an example... I had dealers offering me $52 to $54k in late October. Now I'm getting offers of $45 to $47k.

If you pass, please DM me. I'm looking for this exact truck. Also in Texas and a cash buyer.
